Like so many events planned for the spring of 2020, this collection of artwork by CCA’s graduating MFA class was meant to be a digital record of work displayed physically, in a location where in-person conversation and gathering could take place. We don’t have to remind you why that didn’t happen.
We’ve had to act fast to rethink and re-tool the showcase of graduate thesis work in such an unprecedented and historic time.
This is not an exhibition.
Like an MFA show, however, this is a record of time, place and a group of artists who inhabited a community of thinking and making.
The class of 2020.
This website is their venue for art and ideas.
It is an opportunity to gather and a place to generate discourse.
It contains artwork, writing, ideas and occasional live interactions.
It is free.
Be well.
